Our promise: play your first three evenings

If a Dice & Diary game isn't your kind of quiet, email help@diceanddiary.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. No forms and no questions.

Files that don't work

If a file won't open, a link doesn't work or a page prints badly, write to us and we'll send a fixed file within 24 hours. If we can't fix it, we refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Customers in the EU and UK

Our products are digital content delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you ask us to deliver the files right away; the 30-day promise above still applies in full.
