About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Dice & Diary (diceanddiary.com). By placing an order you agree to them. Contact: help@diceanddiary.com.

Digital products

All products are digital downloads (PDF files and online companion pages). Nothing is shipped. Your download page is sent by email right after payment.

Personal use license

When you buy a game you receive a personal license. You may print the files as many times as you like for yourself and the people in your home, play them on paper or on a screen, and share photos of your pages. You may not share, resell or upload the files, print copies to sell or give away outside your home, or use the text or illustrations in other products. All content remains the property of Dice & Diary.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never see your card details. There is no subscription.

Refunds

See our refund policy: play your first three evenings, and if it isn't for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days.

Content

The games are works of fiction for adults. Any magic, remedies or charms in them are make-believe, for stories and quiet evenings only, and are not advice of any kind.

Liability

We provide the files as described on the product page. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
